*URGENT* - An experienced HR Administrator is sought to help this well-known SME based near Andover.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will help sort a back-log of administration, files and data entry, whilst chasing up compliance doc's and references, drawing up offer letters / contracts and generally helping out with anything associated to HR administration, during a particularly busy period...

Suitable applicants must have experience working in a busy, admin-heavy HR environment, with the desire to pick up anything that's thrown at them - 'a no job to small attitude'!!

You will have high attention to detail and be self-sufficient, with excellent time management skills and an ability to work largely unsupervised. You must also be professional, presentable and a strong communicator, happy speak to people internally and externally, at all levels of seniority, via phone, email and face to face.

If you are immediately available to start, happy to work in an office environment (with strict PPE in place to protect staff) and are looking for an interesting and varied role for the next couple of months, we are keen to hear from you ASAP!
