Job Details
Due to the consistent growth, my client is currently recruiting for an experienced Care Operations Development Manager to overlook, coordinate and develop services to vulnerable individuals in the community. This is an extremely varied role which would suit a highly ambitious individual who will really drive the company growth to its fullest potential.

My client are a community based organisation who support vulnerable individuals with physical and learning disabilities to provide them with a good quality of life. They offer a really supportive working environment and have a very strong team dynamic across all departments.
Description
This is a very dynamic opportunity where no day is the same and you will utilise various aspects of your care background. The main duties of the role will involve:-
- Working alongside the Director of Care and supporting an established team of 4
- Liaising with a variety of health care professionals and build vital contacts within the care sector
- You will contribute significantly to the business future prospects, strategic development and operations delivery
- Monitor all service operations in accordance with the business policies and procedures.
- You will demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the care industry
- Manage Health and safety procedures at all times
- Establish excellent relationships the local community
- Recruitment management including staff appraisals and development
- Manage the On-Call Rota
- Supervise the administration team and act as knowledge base for all staff
- Organise staff and external meetings
