You will work on a regional basis covering the North as the Apprenticeship Advisor; designing, delivering and moderating Apprenticeship programmes for their learners.

Description

This is a varied and broad position working for a fantastic team. You will design and write Ofsted endorsed content, deliver content and ensure that it is well received and outcomes measured for Apprentices within the business. You will work closely with HR, Talent and Management to understand learners and their needs, travelling out in the field covering Yorkshire and the NW where needed.

You will be able to work from home managing your own diary, but a strong presence in the Manchester, Leeds and York offices.You will manage the learners journey throughout their apprenticeship and then into the business.

Profile

You must be flexible to get out and about working from home whilst providing a field based service to learners.

You will have experience designing and delivering apprenticeship content to learners

You will have experience with Ofsted and be familiar with Ofted accreditation's
