Salary: Circa £32,000 DOE

Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a leading professional client on their search for a HR Advisor in Milton Keynes.

This is a really exciting opportunity for an experienced HR generalist looking for their next opportunity.

You will be supporting a headcount of around 170 across 3 sites.

Due to current circumstances there will be some remote working involved in the role.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Providing Advice and guidance on all HR issues including:
·Learning and Development - workshops and inductions
·Payroll - calculations, maternity pay, holiday pay
·Employee Relations: disciplinary, grievances, absence and performance management
·Recruitment & Selection
·Recruitment Projects - graduate recruitment
