Interim HR Business Partner

£60,000 - £70,000

Fixed Term - 3/6 months

As an Interim HR Business Partner you will partner with the Director and the HR Director on site. You will be responsible for the People plan and drive improvement across the business. We are looking for someone who has worked on sites in either manufacturing/ construction or logistics previously and have strong trade union relationships.

The people plan has a key focus on performance, talent, capability and engagement and you will be responsible as the Interim HR Business Partner to lead in these areas.

The HR Business Partner will be based on site each week based near Derby.

What we are looking for:

• Strength in executing core people processes

• Ability to support managers with pay reviews

• Strong HR professional skills and knowledge of employment legislation

• Good relationships with Trade Unions

• Effective coaching ability with senior stakeholders
