My client is a AIM listed international financial services business with a reputation of excellence for not only its employees but clients alike. I am supporting them exclusively in the search for a Reward & MI Specialist for a 6 month FTC.

This role will be a broad role in remit and will encompass compensation and year end salary and bonus review processes working with HR, work with outsourced benefits providers, and own outsourced payroll and pensions processes. You will own the benefits selection window process and also lead of monthly and ad hoc MI reporting in excel and assist with the preparation of RemCo and Board packs. As part of your remit you will assist HR with the HRIS implementation and integration and ensure all data is up to date and accurate. The wellbeing strategy will also be a high priority and you will play a key part in its delivery alongside broader HR generalist support, regulatory and gender pay gap reporting.

The successful candidate will come from a financial services background and will have worked across Reward and MI reporting. You will have strong communication style and be confident partnering closely with the business.
