Your new role
As an HR Advisor, you will be part of a busy, friendly HR team, within a true generalist HR role, responsibilities include:
Be proactive in driving the HR strategy and ensuring the organisation is meeting it's HR objectives.
Manage the end-end recruitment and selection process, working with third parties.
Induct an onboard new starters.
Train managers on HR best practice.
Manager all ER cases including sickness absence, performance management, disciplinaries, grievances, maternity, paternity and flexible working.
Process Payroll for an external provider.
This role will be home based to begin with and working in the office 1 day per week, this will change and become more office based when the Covid19 situation improves.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience in a true generalist HR Advisor role, ideally within a professional services organisation. You must have experience processing payroll for an external provider, including calculating SSP and SMP. You will ideally be at least Part CIPD Qualified or equivalent.
