Page Personnel are working with a manufacturer in Stafford to recruit an HR Administrator to support the wider HR team. The role is varied and will provide good exposure to all aspects of HR generalist function.

Our client are a manufacturer in Stafford who are seeking an HR Administrator to join and support the HR team. They are a well-established and recognised company within their industry.
Description
The key responsibilities for the HR Administrator are assisting with recruitment processes, pre-screening, arranging interviews, processing new starters and leavers, assisting with contractual changes, chasing information, generating reports, handling inbox and telephone queries. The role is based in Stafford.
Profile
The successful candidate will have/be:
- previous experience in HR administration
- CIPD Level 3 desired but not essential
- computer literate with MS Office and internal systems
- strong communication skills both written and verbal
- a positive can-do attitude
- ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
