Generalist HR opportunity working for a leading brand as their HR Advisor.
Forward thinking professional services organisation are looking to recruit a HR Advisor with an ER specialism on a 12 month FTC basis.
This role is very generalist with an ER focus and will involve advising and guiding internal stakeholders on all things generalist HR and managing ER cases.
Your role will involve the collation and manipulation of HR data and metrics, writing and updating policies, recruitment and L&D support etc.
You will work closely with management to ensure that they deliver a people focused HR service to their employees; coaching and guiding on absence and performance management.
You will support with all HR projects and contribute on the delivery of initiatives around engagement, diversity etc.
You will provide end to end ER case management and find solutions to issues.
- professional services experience is essential
- CIPD qualified
- HR Advisor or above
- workday system experience is preferred
