Job Details
Badenoch + Clark is working in partnership with a global business in Sussex towards the appointment of a Senior HR Advisor initially on a contract basis. The role is set to commence as soon as possible and required ideally on a full time basis but with lots of flexibility.
Key accountabilities:
* Seek to resolve employee relations matters across business units by taking an advisory and supporting function.
* Assume involvement with various people projects and initiatives surrounding change management.
* Provide first line support on employee issues, advising line managers where necessary.
The successful candidate will:
* Ideally hold a professional HR qualification (CIPD level 5 or equivalent).
* Retain an up to date knowledge of UK employment law.
* Have knowledge and use of HR metrics.
* Experience of working within a global, matrix, complex environment
* Exemplary communicative skills both orally and written
