We are currently working with a large, multi site organisation based in West Oxfordshire who are currently looking for an experienced Reward Partner to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract. The role will be temporarily working remotely with some flexibility going forward.
Your new role
As Reward Partner you will be responsible for the delivery of the organisations Reward activities, including; annual salary surveys, gender pay gap reporting, bench marking and job evaluations. You will also lead on other projects such as well being and employee engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this position you will have previously worked in a Reward focused role.You will be able to analyse complex data and have excellent Excel skills. Ideally you will have previously worked in a large, multi site organisation.
