HR Admin Partner required for six month fixed term contract for a well-known FMCG company based in London.

Previous use of WORKDAY is essential!

You will be working for a well-known FMCG company based in London.

Description

As HR Admin Partner for this FMCG company based in London, you will deliver an efficient, comprehensive professional service enabling the Company to deliver best practice in all areas of employment.

You will facilitate the delivery of the business goals with specific emphasis on administration support for the HR Business Partners & wider HR Team and ownership of the day to day Workday Administration

  • Workday - Hire / Terminate /All other admin including contract changes for employees, transfers within groups etc
  • Regular downloading of reports from the HRIS Peoplesoft (Oracle) system / other HRIS systems as / when required.
  • Ownership of starter and leaver administration, including weekly reports to the business
  • Producing contracts of employment, standard letters - references etc
  • References
  • Absence management, maternity and paternity paperwork

Profile

As HR Admin Partner for this FMCG company based in London, you will have the following skills and attributes:

* Excellent attention to detail
* Previous use of workday essential
* Previous exposure working within an HR environment
* Excellent communication with a passion for working in HR

Job Offer

This HR Administration role is a six month fixed term contract.
