A full time permanent role for a Reward Specialist to manage the Executive Remuneration plan.

The Reward Specialist will be responsible for acting as a trusted advisor, provide specialist advice and guidance to support and deliver solutions to the team.

You will be responsible for research, analysis and data modelling to provide insight and options that will inform on executive remuneration and challenge the status quo. In this role you will manage the Executive Remuneration Plan, contribute to the design and implementation of propositions including development of communications to drive engagement and understanding of remuneration at the business.

Working on key projects will be key to this role.

As the Reward specialist you will be part of an executive compensation team and work remotely with travel occasionally to London or Swindon.

Our client is looking for the following in a team member:

A proven track record of planning and delivering market leading executive reward propositions, frameworks and practices

Highly experienced at analysing and interpreting data and insight to inform strategy, recommendations and decision making

Sound business and commercial acumen, including some experience in developing business cases

Technical knowledge of current and evolving regulation impacting reward practices, governance and policies

A creative mindset and passion to innovate with evidence of continuous review and improvement
