A fast paced Italian organisation within the technology sector is looking for a Head of HR to lead a dynamic change within the organisation.
You will lead all aspects of change and strategy working closely with the directors and leadership including supporting ongoing operational needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources business partnering gained within fast paced, modern environments and have a strong knowledge of Italian employee relations and operational HR.
This exciting role will be based in Milan and fluency in Italian is essential.
