An opportunity to work for a well recognised brand within the public sector as their L&D Specialist contributing to the design of learning materials within the organisation.
Public sector organisation based in Bradford.
This is a broad and varied role which will involve the management of stakeholder relationships, the understanding of learning requirements/ needs within the organisation and the design of learning materials.
Your role will be to undertake training needs analysis within the organisation and to work closely with the L&D team and management to design materials (a blended learning approach) across all programmes and courses for all levels of employees.
You will look at both soft and hard skills, in addition to e-learning materials and you will utilise the LMS provider to ensure full functionality is achieved. You will review budgets and liaise with training providers to ensure content is where it needs to be.
You will have strong experience in an L&D role particularly with an emphasis on designing training materials
You will have experience utilising a LMS (ideally Moodle and Atriculate)
You will have experience managing learning platforms
You will be immediately available to commit to a 6 month FTC
- Salary up to £33,000
- 6 month FTC which may be extended
