Hr Business Partner - 12 month FTC
We are delighted to be partnering with this national business who now have a 12 month FTC HR Business Partner role opportunity available to cover maternity.
Working as part of a wider HR team you will partner with your own client group and be the strategic lead to 4 divisions and the Senior Management Team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a multi site or regional role and be experienced in managing remote relationships with managers and business leaders. You will need to have a proven background in all areas from talent, succession and engagement to ups killing and coaching the management population.
This role will see you as a key part of the team where you will play a key role at regular management meetings where you will deliver workshops and training to managers as well as contributing to the operational input at these meetings.
You must have proven stakeholder management skills in order to be successful in this role which will require you to build you credible and lasting building relationships where you will be a key catalyst in influencing and driving culture change within the business.
We are seeking a commercial HR professional who have hands-on, practical approach and can thrive in a busy and diverse environment applying a good sense of humour and a ‘human’ element to their HR approach.
HR Business Partner - About you.
·You will need to have experience of working within a fast paced, commercially focused environment. ideally leisure or similar.
·If you have been involved in Engagement and Diversity & Inclusion projects, this would be highly desirable.
·Demonstrable skills in terms of up skilling and coaching managers
·The ability to multi tasks and prioritise, all the time working at pace
·Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent
·A true generalist strategic HR Business Partner background is essential.
