Your new role
As Head of HR you will have responsibility for the operational and transactional HR service offered to the organisation. You will manage a team ensuring they are working at a high level of quality and offering exceptional service to the organisation. You will have strong change management skills including restructuring, TUPE, harmonisation of Ts&Cs, union negotiation as well as the ability to deal with highly complex ER issues. You will have a good understanding of other specialist areas of HR including talent management, succession planning, equality and diversity and reward.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to demonstrate proven experience in a similar level role that will allow you to hit the ground running. Sector background is flexible as long as you demonstrate a high level of energy and drive as well as resilience in the face of change.
