Working extremely closely with the rest of the HR team this person will be responsible for managing the new hire process ensuring a smooth and effective experience for anyone new starting the business. This person will also act as the first point of contact for any HR queries across the business and therefore the ideal candidate will pride themselves on their excellent communications skills.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent and some form of HR experience gained in an office environment.
