Part time HR Manager
Oakleaf are excited to be working with fast growing charitable organization based in Essex to recruit a part time HR Manager on a 12-month FTC. Due to the growth of the charity they now require a HR Manager to join the existing HR team to support on increasing efficiencies across the organization. You will hold a full generalist remit managing a small team - HR Officer and Admin support - as well as taking a leadership role on current projects. Key accountabilities include Manage the team whilst leading on all people related mattersAdvise the Leadership team on how to increase efficiencies across the functionReview the existing recruitment process to support all continual growthDevelop and deliver the HR strategyOwn existing and new projects This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have the opportunity to work flexibility whilst making a significant impact to a business's growth. You will have experience in operating at Manager level with the not for profile sector ideally charity. My client is able to offer a 22.5 hour per week contract for an initial period of 12 months on a FTC basis.
