Ashley Kate HR are delighted to be supporting a great business in their search for a HR Administrator on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. Working as part of an established HR team the key responsibilities include but not limited to:
·Assist in the day to day provision of effective and efficient HR service across the organisation.
·Provide a full and wide range of administrative support to the HR team.
·Managing the shared HR inbox and escalating issues when required.
·Drafting offer letters, contracts and exit interviews.
We are looking for:
·Previous experience in an junior HR administrator role.
·Proven experience on using various I.T systems is essential.
·UK employment law knowledge and strong written and verbal communication skills
