Your new role
Senior HR Advisor / Junior HRBP reporting into the company Head of HR (EMEA & APAC). In this role, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive and commercially-minded people advice to senior stakeholders and business leaders; oversee organisational structure and effectiveness projects; play a pivotal role in Workday implementation projects; contribute to people strategy and alignment with business goals. Furthermore, you'll oversee an HR Administrator in the team and be responsible for their development and timely delivery on HR projects. Additionally, you'll support ER cases as they come in and take the lead on those lower-mid complexity cases.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position, you'll be a strong HR generalist, preferably with a financial markets or professional services background. You'll have excellent communication skills, the ability to push back on and advise senior stakeholders around company best practice, HR policy and ER issues. Ideally you'll have secured your HR-related degree and CIPD qualifications.
What you'll get in return
In return, you'll receive a £48,000-£55,000 salary + discretionary bonus. This organisation also offers a competitive benefits package.
