Head of HR Shared Services (FTC)

Badenoch + Clark are proud to be partnering with a great client who provide care, support and housing to thousands of people across London and the South East with a diverse range of needs to recruit a Head of HR Shared Services.

This is 10-12 month maternity cover post is an exciting opportunity to help shape, develop and implement the HR Shared Service function and deliver a first class HR service to the business.

You will be managing a small team responsible for Recruitment, On-boarding, HR Support, HR Admin, Payroll, contractual changes, HR Compliance and HR iTrent System. To be the key lead for successfully managing senior internal and external stakeholders in relation to HR Shared Services.

To be successful in this role, you will be solution focused in your approach and have excellent communication skills along with the ability to demonstrate that you can deliver HR best practice processes and procedures. You must be able to build excellent working relationships with key stakeholders, drive excellent customer service and manage a team remotely. You must also be resilient, inclusive and have experience leading on HR systems and HR projects.
