As a HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for getting involved in all aspects of HR, making this a very generalist role. Working in a team of 5, this role will give you great HR exposure from an entry level perspective.

As a HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for;
- Leading the on boarding and off boarding process
- Coordinating recruitment activities
- Taking the lead on inductions
-Conducting benefits administration
- Getting involved in employee engagement initiatives
- Company wide and HR projects
The successful candidate will be degree educated with a minimum of a 2:1 - this is a MUST. The successful candidate will have at least 6 months of HR experience within a Financial Services capacity.
