Professional services business based in Leeds.
This is a broad and hands on role working for a leading professional services business based in Leeds. Working from home initially until the new year, you will manage all ER cases and lead on these from initial investigation through to closure and written outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand the cases inside and out and adopt a proactive approach to ER rather than pure reactive.
You will have involvement in project work around engagement, new systems, training, diversity and inclusion to name a few and will have the opportunity to put forward your exciting HR ideas.
You will be able to write and review policy and procedure ensuring that employees adhere to this and work in line with legislation. You will be confident advising on all things HR and ER. You will be able to contribute to talent and training and will be able to work underneath Business Partners in a relatively stand alone role.
- ER case management experience- leading on
- Generalist background
- CIPD or QBE
- Experience leading on and supporting with projects
- Professional services experience is ideal, but not essential
