A leading business are looking for a HRIS Technical Analyst for their team in Leicester to maintain and improve on their HRIS infrastructure. (£32,000)

The Role:

  • Spearhead the development of the HRIS service
  • Work directly with the Head of HR Services to plan improvements and changes
  • Evaluate the current state of HRIS and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Take a lead on data migration and integrity
  • Own BAU technical support processes
  • Support on large transformation projects

About You:

  • Strong analytics ability, using, manipulating and understanding data
  • Technical experience with SQL, and Technical Infrastructure
  • Experience with Data Visualisation tools (Business Objects preferred)
  • Knowledge of Single Sign On (SSO) and Active Directory (AD) integration
