Interim HR & Recruitment Assistant
An interim HR & Recruitment Assistant job in a fast paced, high volume environment for an initial 6 months.
Your new company
A growing life sciences organisation in Camberley. Due to an increase in demand, an interim HR & Recruitment Assistant is required for an initial contract of 6 months.
Your new role
Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the production and variation of employment contracts, reference news starters and update progress reports. You will take ownership of the organisation chart, updating on a regular basis and mirroring changes on the people system, creating all reports as required. You will monitor sickness absences and track probationary periods to ensure there is a commitment to completion of reviews in good time.
Alongside your HR support, you will have a dotted line into the Talent Partner, supporting with high volume recruitment needs. You will draft adverts, screen applicants and arrange interviews as required, ensuring that a fast paced and accurate service is delivered to maintain a positive candidate experience.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience in a fast paced, high volume recruitment and HR role where deadlines are frequent and challenging. You will be a proactive individual with demonstrable autonomy, as you will have ownership over how you manage your workload.
What you'll get in return
Up to £27,000 pa, plus benefits for 6 months, with the potential for extension.
