Customer Service Advisor
The Successful Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for dealing with all customer service inbound calls and queries, making sure they are done to the highest standard.
Our client is a leading provider based in Cumbria, within the Call Centre and Customer Service industry. They focus on providing the best customer service through building good relationships with customers and listening hard. They are looking for a hardworking, reliable individual who can work in fast pace environment.
The Customer Service Advisor will ensure all queries are dealt with correctly, within a timely manner and to the expected standard. You will need to be enthusiastic, driven and bring a talent for talking to different kinds of people.
The Customer service Advisor will have/be:
- Some previous customer service experience
- Able to work towards targets and KPI's
- IT skills
- Work well within a face paced environment
Training provided + Great Location
£8.00 - £9.00 per hour
