A global Management Consultancy are looking for a Senior HR Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Head of People, this role will be responsible for:Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyProviding strategic direction across a range of HR matters spanning the employee lifecycleInfluencing and partnering with different levels of the organisationOverseeing HRIS and other HR adminManaging a team of 5 HR GeneralistsAs Senior HR Manager, you will possess:Proven experience working as a Senior or HR Manager (minimum 5 years HR experience)Strong knowledge of UK employment lawStrong experience working with senior stakeholdersStrong management experience, managing a team of 2 or moreStrong education, ideally to degree level or equivalentIf this Senior HR Manager role is of interest, please apply directly.
