A highly ranked Solicitors firm are looking for an HR Administrator to join their team on a 12-month FTC basis. Reporting into the Team Lead, this role will be responsible for (but not limited to):

Supporting the HR Advisors in handling general HR enquiries and providing advice and support

Administer joiner and leaver processes

Producing new contracts, contract change letters and employment documentation

Supporting with payroll

Maintain electronic personnel files

Assisting with maternity, paternity and adoption administration processes

Providing support relating to ER issues

Assisting with annual salary review

Assisting with ad-hoc projects

As the HR Administrator, you will possess:

MINIMUM 1 year's generalist HR experience

Strong Microsoft Office skills

Impeccable attention to detail

Strong education
