Annapurna Recruitment is currently partnering with a Large Education Organisation to recruit a HR Operations Advisor on a permanent basis.

As a HR Operations Advisor you will be required to support a busy HR Shared Services function.

Your duties will Include:

Manage the employee life cycle from start to finish, e.d ensure all documentation is correct when on boarding and information to managers on procedural guidance is correct.

Answer a busy enquiries desk and ensure that you are able to answer these within the guidelines permitted.

Process work through out the HR system.

Monitor the accuracy of all adverts and communications going out onto the website r.e recruitment.

Ensuring all information on the system is correct for payroll processing.

Monitoring compliance and ensuring all right to work documentations are correct.

Produce MI reports and liaise with line managers on a regular basis regarding this.

Skills:

Strong HR Administration skills.

Experience of working in a fast paced HR function is highly desirable.

Strong excel and use of a large CRM system

This is an exciting role to work for a brilliant organisation. Remote working will be available for this role due to COVID 19 - Salary circa £35,000 + Benefits.
