HR Advisor

HR Advisor - Hertfordshire - £35,000 plus benefits

Opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join this commercial organisation based between Hertfordshire/North London. Reporting into the HR Manager you will support the HR function and will require you to have strong knowledge of recruitment as well as supporting the HR Manager with employee relations.

You will be responsible for:-

- Support the HR Manager with all ER cases including absence management, capability TUPE, grievance, restructures etc.
- Produce reports
- Monitor probational reviews
- Responsible for proactive recruitment from start to finish
- Develop recruitment campaign
- Manage the training matrix and co-ordinate offsite training activities
- Ad-hoc Projects

You will need the following experience:-

- Previous experience in a HR Advisory or generalist role
- Experience of dealing with in-house recruitment
- Experience of supporting the full employee cycle
- Experience of TUPE desirable
- Ability to prioritise work in order to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
