Home based Interim HR Manager
North - with UK travel
We are pleased to be partnering with a UK Charity in supporting them to recruit a new HR Manager to their team. This is a fixed term contract role 12 months plus with an immediate start required,
Do you have experience in managing HR Systems?
Have you managed a team of HR Administrators?
Do you have project management experience?
If so this role could be ideal for you!
Joining a team of 6 across the UK, the HR Manager will have 2 direct reports and they will oversea the HR Administration function on a day to day bases. There will also be key project work to lead on during this contract, predominantly around the delivery and implementation of new HR systems, and becoming a superuser for the HR, payroll and ATS systems.
The HR Manager will also review the HR life cycle and make improvements to policies and process processes.
to be considered you will be an experienced HR professional, Currently CIPD qualified or working towards. you will have management experience, leading and developing staff members. you will also be savvy in HR systems, having managed an implementation of a new systems, or an evaluation project.
