You will be working for an industry leading business. Based in beautiful offices that are close to transport links (home working is also available) This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Business Partner looking to make an impact.
Your new role
Your new role will be to partner with managers and directors as well as consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance, analyse trends and metrics with the HR department, resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances, work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention, provide HR policy guidance, monitor and report on workforce and succession planning, identify training needs for teams and individuals, evaluate training programs, suggest new HR strategies.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will have previous experience in a similar role and you must be confident and have proven experience managing stakeholders. You must be open to ad hoc travel to the different UK sites.
