Design focused L&D role - must have strong LTS experience and design experience
Client Details
Public sector organisation based in Bradford.
Description
This is an interim role owing to volumes of workload.
This is a broad and varied role which will involve the management of stakeholder relationships, the understanding of learning requirements/ needs within the organisation and the design of learning materials.
Your role will be to undertake training needs analysis within the organisation and to work closely with the L&D team and management to design materials (a blended learning approach) across all programmes and courses for all levels of employees. Your role will be entirely design focused and involve the design and creation of training materials aimed at all levels; e-learning, podcasts, video learning, guides etc.
Profile
You will have strong design experience
You will have experience utilising a LMS (ideally Moodle and Atriculate)
You will have experience managing learning platforms
You will be immediately available to commit to a 6 month FTC
Job Offer
- Salary up to £33,000
- 6 month FTC which may be extended
- pension, holiday
