A fantastic opportunity to work for a well established not for profit organisation as HR Team Leader on a Maternity FTC

Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

-Onboarding, offboarding, contract changes (P45s,P46s, variation on contractors)

-Reporting on sickness absence, MAT, PAT

-Line managing the HR Administrator

-Responsible for all benefits and rewards, pension, enrolment

-Handling and calculating payroll, amending any changes, being vigilant and accurate

-Updating and amending policies

-Advising managers

-Generalist ad/hoc duties

Profile

The Successful candidate will have the following:

-Experience line managing a small team

-Experience working as HR generalist

-Handling HR processes and procedures

-Comfortable advising on benefits, rewards and contract changes

-Handling payroll for different contracting types, inputting, amending and calculating changes

-Experience with HRIS and Fourth system

-Great numeracy skills

-Team player
