A midlands based consumer organisation are looking for a Head of HR to join their successful business.

The business is growing, investing, and has suffered minimal impact during the current pandemic.

Description

This is a key hire, and will report to the board. Responsibilities will be wide-ranging as it is a stand-alone position, with admin support. It is important to note that this isn't a brand new role, and there are substantial HR policies and strategies in place.

Profile

We are looking for someone with outstanding generalist experience, who is happy and will thrive in a stand-alone HR position. The successful candidate will have experience of both strategy and implementation, and be very comfortable with both hats on a daily basis.

You will be responsible for people across multiple sites, and from customer facing roles to the board.

Interpersonal skills are a must, as is the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
