My client are a B2B Media organisation who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team. You will be happy to completely roll up your sleeves and be involved in all aspects of HR from recruitment, talent, reward & benefits, learning & development and creating HR policies and processes. You must have a confident and proactive attitude, with the ability to use initiative and take the lead on things.

You will work closely with the Group Head of HR to support on all operational HR elements, but also have the opportunity to get involved in leading change wherever you can. They are a fast-paced business so you must have experience in a similar industry.

They are passionate about their culture and people, so you must have the ability to talk about your experience and the impact you have made in your career. This is the ideal role for an experienced HR Advisor who is strong in operations.

This role will initially be remote but with a London office HQ.
