HR Business Partner - Rome

I am partnering exclusively with an International brand to recruit a country HR Business Partner in Rome to play a key role in a newly created team. Whilst this will be a standalone role geographically it will sit within a wider global structure and will play a integral part of HR globally as well as being an active member on the Regional Executive team.

Key responsibilities include

Partnering with Regional Leadership team to deliver the whole HR cycle

Being an active member of the Regional Executive team supporting in the development and delivery of business priorities including all future business planning

Facilitation of key capability programs/interventions to support continual development for all

Act at marketplace expert and champion for region for all People related discussions

Technical expert in local labour/employment legislation and practices

It is essential that candidates have a commercial background and have worked within a remote team structure. You will demonstrate a proven track record of leading across a region and be an expert in the local market as well have balancing strategic and projects.
