Our client is seeking a Head of HR to join the business. This role is a 15 month FTC opportunity and the Head of HR will work closely with the HR divisions and the Head of HR Operations. The Head of HR will support the organisation by developing and supporting the implementation best HR practise to support performance and productivity in the business. Succession and talent management is key to this role.

The Head of HR will have excellent influencing ability and be able to advise client groups on how they can maximise performance and talent in their teams with the use of HR data. The Head of HR will lead on this and identify trends and insights within the key businesses and use this to support people related decision making.

In post, you will be responsible on leading and providing expert advice on change management initiatives to improve efficiencies of your client group - this could include reduction of costs across the business unit or performance improvement and innovation.

This is a broad HR generalist post and we recognise that the ideal candidate will need to be able to demonstrate knowledge of HR policy and processes, UK employment law and be able to build relationships in a fast paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience of HR Business Partnering in a HR customer facing environment whereby managing ER matters is second nature. Due to the level of this role we do require a Senior HR lead who has proven experience in developing HR policies but also dealing with a challenging senior leadership and management team.
