The German Speaking Customer Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer relationships both internal and external, dealing will all enquiries. Using SAP to manage the process throughout.

Description

The German Speaking Customer Care Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries from order through to delivery
  • Entering customer order details and sample requests
  • Liaising with other internal departments across different sites within the EU
  • Support Sales department (quote preparation, pricing, maintaining CRM)
  • Maintaining/building on customer accounts and client relationships
  • Dealing with Internet/web based queries
  • Support team in the absence of a colleague
  • Working towards company set KPIs

Profile

The German Speaking Customer Care Coordinator will have/be:

  • Speak German Fluently
  • SAP
  • Manufacturing Background
  • Hard working
  • Previous B2B experience
