Description
The position of HR Manager will involve:
- Setting up the HR function from scratch
- Creating people processes and manuals
- Initialising and managing PDPs for all staff
- Learning & development
- Establishing company benefits
- Delivering insights to the board
- Bringing in an HR system
- Generalist HR duties
Profile
The ideal candidate for the position of HR Manager will:
- An experienced HR Generalist
- Be confident and ready to be part of a new senior leadership team
- Have worked in a start-up environment
- Be dynamic & self motivated
