Your new company
We are currently working with a large global organisation, currently going through an exciting cultural change. They are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join them and lead their exciting HR department.

Your new role
As HR Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management and development of your own team. You will also contribute to the continuous cultural changes within the organisations, identifying new processes and more agile ways of working. You will also take responsibility for any complex casework

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you will have a strong generalist background in Human Resources. You will be able to demonstrate experience of managing and leading a team of HR professionals. International experience is desirable but not essential.
