Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a leading insurance firm in their search for an Executive Reward Partner. This individual will join the team either at their London offices or from any of their York, Norwich or Bristol offices.

This individual will join a team of subject matter experts to support the executive population. Their key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Support across all executive reward activities

Preparing remuneration committee papers and communications for executive population and strategic decision makers

Network effectively with external providers and the internal executive population to provide a best in class service

Managing regulatory requirements pertaining to the teams remit

The ideal candidate will have the following experience/skills:

Demonstrated knowledge of compensation, drafting remuneration committee papers and corporate governance

Ability to consult on technical challenges and provide creative solutions for complex problems

Strong interpersonal skills - enjoys building effective working relationships

Excellent communicator
