This is a generalist HR Advisor role working for a public sector business. Reporting to the HR Manager and part of a team, you will be responsible for all complex ER case management from start to finish and will manage all case outcomes. You will build relationships with stakeholders, review and revise policies and processes, work as part of a team to get things done and advise on all ER and HR matters. You will contribute to the wider HR, L&D and Recruitment team by supporting with training and talent initiatives.
