This public sector organisation based in central Birmingham are looking to recruit someone new on an FTC basis to assist with a systems migration. They are moving from the system Resource Link and need some support on a contract basis to do this. It is a large shared service centre environment, working for a great company and a great team.

Your new role will be to manage and maintain product road maps to ensure the systems serve all their employees correctly. You will be responsible for the performance and management of their system Resource Link. You will also have ownership for all people reporting requirements including KPIs, bench marking and benefits etc.

In order to be successful in this role you will need to have prior Resource link experience, you will need to be extremely competent with excel and experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
