Telesales position based in Leicester. This role is permanent.

Client Details

A family owned successful retail business based in Leicester.

Description

Telesales position duties include:

Dealing with incoming customer calls regarding a product, understanding the customers needs, identifying any key sells and assisting through the sales process, promoting any additional add ons, adding value for the customer and essentially resulting in a sale.

The role will be a mix of home based and office based a few days a week due to the current government guidelines, however once things are back to normal this will be an office based role.

Profile

  • Experience in telesales or sales is ideal.
  • personal characteristics: attitudes and outlook; people who like working with and serving people.customer service skills.basic literacy and numeracy.selling skills.computer literacy.product knowledge.taking responsibility and initiative.patience and an ability to listen to customer needs.able to commute to Leicester on a daily basis.

    Job Offer

    Basic of £20,000 plus uncapped commission.
