Senior HR Business Partner

Full time / Permanent

Salary: £41,787 - £46,478 p.a.

Based in Hailsham, East Sussex

We’re looking for an innovative and dynamic individual for this exciting new role in our Human Resources Team. In addition to your demonstrable experience of human resources and payroll, the role will include specific responsibility under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, for the transformation of the workforce, the modernisation of the HR function and future ways of working.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership, experience of change management and with a vision of how the Council’s workforce should transform to function successfully and, through a mix of virtual and face to face working, continue to deliver high quality services in a post-Covid world.   

This is a high profile position requiring creativity, commitment, self-motivation, resilience and the ability to support and collaborate with senior managers in other departments to deliver organisational transformation.

You should be an Accredited CIPD Member with a degree or equivalent in a relevant subject and have significant knowledge and wide experience in HR including within local government.
