Customer Service Advisor
Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for handling all customer queries via telephone, email and web- chat and social media correspondence. Our client needs candidates who can start immediately to cover the busy period.
Our client is a well established e-commerce company, based in Rochdale. They are a leading business within the retail industry and operate in over 70 stores across the UK. They provide extensive training and support to their employees to ensure the highest standard of customer service is received by all.
Customer Service Advisor key responsibilities will include dealing will all customer queries and complaints via telephone, email, web-chat and social media. These queries will be focused around stock, delivery and complaints. This needs to be handled professionally and effectively.
The Successful Customer Service Advisor will have/ be:

- Previous customer service experience
- Professional telephone manor
- Confident- be able to work off your own initiate to resolve customer queries
