Customer Service Advisor
The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for dealing with all customer queries via telephone, email and web-chat. It is important this is done in an efficient and timely manor.
Within the Property and Housing industry, our client is an award winning independently owned Housing iorganisation , based in Stretford. They focus on providing the best customer service through implementing excellent policies and procedures for their customers and employees. They are looking for a hard working, resilient individual who can work well in a busy environment.
The Customer Service Advisor will be joining an established team to deal with all customer queries. This will involve answering inbound calls, generating emails and using web-chat. Promoting a customer first culture whilst ensuring that service levels and standards are maintained.
The Customer Service Advisor will have/ be:
- Previous Customer service experience
- Able to work towards set KPI's and Targets
- IT Skills
- Confident handling customer complaints
- Work well in a fast pace environment
