A scaling Cyber Security firm are looking to hire a driven and enthusiastic recruiter to drive their direct hiring. This role is a sole recruiter responsible for the full recruitment cycle.

Main responsibilities:

Manage end to end recruitment process to reduce reliance on agencies

Manage the online platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor etc.) recruitment profile to source and attract suitable candidates for our open vacancies

Screen candidates, interview with the hiring manager if applicable and ensure evidenced based hiring decisions

Conduct and review reference and background vetting checks reports

Proactively source passive candidates through online recruitment initiatives

Advise and support hiring managers on recruitment policies and processes

Ensure that recruitment practices are compliant with recruitment policies, procedures and legal requirements

Ensure that an induction plan is in place for every new employee

Attend recruitment fairs and university/school careers events

Assist with learning and development activities and projects

Coordinate and track performance appraisals and probation reviews

Preparation of contracts and offer documentation

Support the HR Manager with day to day benefits administration

Research legislative changes to support with updating of HR policies and procedures

Ad Hoc HR related project work

Key skills/experience:

Proven experience in a similar Recruiter role working across the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, selection, offer and onboarding)

Previous experience using various sourcing platforms especially LinkedIn

Previous in-house or recruitment agency experience

Experience in using any ATS

Experience in international recruitment would be desirable

Experience learning and development would be desirable
